Peaceful and ideal location, industrialised area. Located 5 min walk away from Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station...

The people. It was very clean.

Location. The ad made it look closer to town but it was far away and surrounded by warehouses. Practical but that was it. I would recommended only to people that have a car and don't mind being far away from Cuenca.

Very friendly staff, very good value for money

The hotel is way out, 7 km from Cuenca center, with no public transport connections, hence, nothing for people without a car. No bar or restaurant service over the week-end.

Very good overall. The only back point is the location, but, it was compensated with the price difference. After all, jumping into the car to visit the downtown it is the same driving 2 or 3 minutes.

Wonderful hotel on the industry area of Cuenca, 5 minutes by car from downtown. New, clean, easy free parking, low fare. Perfect for who is traveling around Spain by car and need somewhere to stay between Madri and Valencia.

Modern hotel, localizated in industrial zone of Cuenca, 5 min from the center of Cuenca. The hotel was cheap and the quality was ok.For the price we didnt expect anything special. The most important was that the room was clean, the bathroom pretty big and new. the shower was big too. the air conditioning works perfectly and the beds are comfortable. the recepcion was very nice and helpfull. that's a perfect place to spend there one night and to visit Cuenca and to feel comfortable in a cheap hotel.

The kids were screaming in the morning in the hole, so they woke me up(we had a room just next to the elevator) but this is not the fault of the hotel.

In my opinion, the only drawback was the lack of a balcony in the rooms. However, I understand that not everyone might find this important, and there are still plenty of other great features to enjoy at Hotel LB Villa De Cuenca.
